Oh mighty forum of all knowledge...
Do we have a solicitor or legal bod around?

A rather complicated situation has arisen in my household... Without going into too much detail, if 2 people co own a property, one invites a person into said property, the other asks said person to leave... Does one or the other persons request take precedent over the other?

No, if someone with rights of ownership gives permission for someone to be on the property then there isn't a trespass. There is nothing to stop you asking them to leave, but be very careful before trying to back that up with any persuasion. It all rather depends on who they are and why you want them off your property.
