View Full Version : J&S
Any one on hear had much dealings with the on line branch of the business.
Not sure if I was just unlucky to get a weeks run around.
And not even a n apology.
Shocking customer service.
Vastly different from our local shop experience (Braintree J&S are very helpful).

Just bought a Chris Walker rep helmet off them. Turned up the following day, so no complaints from me :)

They've been friendly folks over by their newly acquired Maidstone branch, I try not to pick up bits online from major retailers.
Yes like I mentioned. The guys at the local shop are always very helpful.

Maybe it was slow due to Xmas, bank holidays, snow. And if they use city link!
It would have be better not to.
1 Give a delivery date.
2 / Send a notification email that the item was dispatched.( 0.15)
3, then issue a returns label email (09.30) to return the item (that never arrived).
That's what's annoying the most.
I emailed back and said.
Hi can you please explain why you are sending me a returns note. As I haven't had any delivery yet.
Reply back was.
We don't have the item in stock.
So basically you cannot trust someone who says.
It's in the post.
When they haven't even got the item!!
No apologies.
So I would avoid disappointment and use another on line supply company if you want a good level of customer service.
Send them an email saying it's been returned, then when they say it hasn't arrived say you didn't have it in stock.
The thing is the alternative (different retailers) has now gone back up by £50.
So dammed annoying.
