He deserves a kick up the pants. No regards for the car drivers or anyone else he couldn't see.

Couldn't agree more, this is why the A65 has been heavily sanitised and is heavily policed.

In that case he's lucky neither of the cars was equipped with blue flashing lights behind the grille.
Is it me, or is the number of unmarked police cars on the roads increasing??

It's a bikers meeting place at Kirkby Lonsdale here https://goo.gl/maps/p9MEE
Where the bikers in the vid set off from.

There has been a few fatals on that part of Burrow Road, crazy riding is why I prefer the other route south through Arkholme as it is a lot quieter and faster, with far less chance of coppers as they tend to hang out near Melling,Hornby and the cop shop at Caton

Why he thought that was a great place to overtake god only knows.
I'm ashamed to admit that I done something similar (not quite as bad) on the a483 last year, frustrated behind a car, following someone on a sports bike, he went, so did I, car being overtook deliberately placed his car on the white centre lines (not solid btw and not using this as a defence) so was forced out, by this time road had taken a slight left and there was a car coming the other way, was a very scary moment, luckily I kept close to the overtaken car and the one coming from the other direction kept left in to the hedges.
Totally my fault, I'm not a fast or reckless rider, I only speed on the road I can see, but I got frustrated and lost my concentration for a moment, I won't be making that mistake again, that's for sure.

Didn't think much of the place the guy with the camera chose to overtake near the end either with the brow of an incline obscuring the road beyond. Maybe he could see more from his slightly higher viewpoint than the camera.....
If you really want to you can pull his and his mates style to sreads.
But one moments frustration can be anyones downfall.
