Just spotted this in Ride. Not sure on cost though

They are about £35 - £40 IIRC incl VAT
Can't seem to find a retailer. Motocard has them for £27
Givi UK don't have stock yet
Hmm, I wonder how Motocard are able to offer it then.

Neither waterproof or shockproof. As my camera stuff is worth more than my bike I think I'll stick with putting my Lowe Pro rucksack in my top box at home. Might be worth it for my Thailand trips though.
Why don't you go with the normal givi.
I bought my wingrack and two cases back in 94, still fine!
This is just an inner bag not a srandalone top box. Givi UK are next to useless unfortunately. Motocard will probably buy directly from Italy and in massive numbers so will have good ties to get stock quickly. They always have the new kit before most other people. (Just left my old job where I sold their kit for 3 years and was constantly price matching them)

I thought it was a tank bag/tail pack.
It goes inside your tank or tail bag.
Exclusive protection of the contents when placed in one of our motorcycle soft bag applications (tank bag or seat bag starting from 14 lt. capacity).
This bag can be used as an external transportation bag, but in this case protection for video/photographic equipment against shocks and rain is not guaranteed."
Wouldn't it be risky using it inside a tank bag? I would have thought that the magnets could affect the camera

I've put my bridge camera (fugi) in the mag tank bag. Seams ok still.
Pm LPH she's a pro at this sort of thing. She will point you in the right direction.

At the moment I have a Lowe Pro rucksack with plenty of padding and in that I have 1, sometimes 2 DSLR bodies, a 24-70 L series, a 70 - 200 L series, probably a 10 - 22mm wide angle, occasionally a Sigma Macro and one or two large flash guns. The rucksack then goes into my GS Vario top box when it's expanded. On the SV I have a large Givi topbox. I bungee my monopod to the rear seat.
I'm sure the vibrations are the biggest problem for the camera and lenses but I don't take the gear on the bike that often.
I certainly would not want to risk putting that gear into a tank bag. In an accident, even a minor one, the tank bag could fly off and my gear would go down the road, or if it starts raining it's get wet fast. At least in the top box it's dry and has some protection.
In Thailand I chuck the bag in our support vehicle and just keep a G15 in a bumbag on me.
