I've bought myself an ohlins shock S46HR1C1L for my curvy. I'm modifying it to a minitwin so a lot of weight has been taken off with race fairings, lightweight subframes etc.

I'm about 12 stone, any ideas on decent shock settings?

Ohlins have really good setup guides on their website.

In my experience, lightening up the bike for racing just makes the spring rate you have act like it's higher, firms up everything, and makes it work better on the track, where (hopefully) the surface is pretty smooth. Try the recommended Ohlins settings and adjust as necessary after use is what I'd do.
How you want your suspension to work depends very much on how you ride.

A friend had one rebuilt a little while back for a curvy track bike.

I believe the base settings for the compression & rebound were 15 clicks out from fully in each.
