new calipers for '99 curvy?

im looking to change my front calipers on my '99 curvy and was wondering what calipers would offer better braking performance and fit my curvy?

No alternative calipers are a direct fit, though people have made up adapter plates to take various Nissin, Yamaha and Tokico calipers.

A well serviced set of SV calipers is really very effective.
