Fuel pipe from tank

I may be thick here, but how do the "so called Quick Release" connectors work?

I'm having a job getting the main fuel supply quick release connector Off ... is there a nack in getting it off ?

yup you can either buy a proper tool to press the two tabs in or do the 'chopsticks' with two small screwdrivers.

Bloody anoying, just had another go and still failed... :(
Will try again after the eclipse.

forgot to say, you have to push the connector as well then press the tabs. also the fuel is pressurised.
