View Full Version : Ride Video Game
Anyone else got this?
Bought it on Friday but not had much chance to play it, looks okay so far, not really up there with the likes of GT and Forza graphics wise but a lot of fun.

I got a download on PS4 - I have to admit it looks limited. I know there are a fair number of tracks, but compare it to the likes of GT and it pales in comparison. I'm not suggesting that I wanted a game with that level of detail because I almost feel GT sets the bar too high.
I would have been much happier with some more tracks. I would have at least expected the moto gp/WSB tracks and I'd really have liked the BSB tracks too, but it seems like a missed opportunity here.

These are the reasons I didn't preorder it. Glad I didn't. I might get it when it looses it's new release price hike.

Doing the same, it will be down in price in no time.

Apparently a developer is working on it and has been for a while. So they say.

I downloaded it on PC, there does seem to be teething problems reported re game saves!
I need to investigate why I can't run it at high graphic settings :(
I think its a good start and if it takes off maybe some other more accomplished game makers might take notice.
Its been a gap in the market for ages!

Think they will want to get GT7 out on the ps4 1st unfortunately.
I just like the fact I can make the Fireblade on the game look just like mine IRL
Sad I know

I bought it yesterday and started playing it today.
Graphics are OK, loading times are a bit slow, tracks are a bit limited. But l think the bikes handle really well, much better than MotoGP14 (by same software house I think) and it also has Almeria so can practice for track days :) I also like some of the challenges are overtakes, lap times as well as normal races. Loads of classic bikes as well as the modern (no SV though) and you can run in hot in to corners and pull it back on line easier than MotoGP. So far so good. Have the Triumph Triple and MV Brutale so far
