My battery seems to have died. Been on an optimate for a few days but no joy.
Any recommendations for places to get one from (or not if you've had a bad experience)?
thanks
Can't give any advice but plenty on flee bay,I had to get one last year, went to well known chain of dealers got ripped off big style but wanted it for next morning so had little choice!!!
Exide heavy duty - 30 quid or so from ebay

I tend to go for Motobatt. Some don't like the terminals they come with, but 30% more cranking amps tends to help a lot. Using them on all my bikes, and they seem to last pretty well. Might be worth a look.
Bit more expensive, but in my opinion worth the money.

Thanks guys. I don't do eBay, so I'll try MotoBatt

Hmm, interestingly enough, going through the series of dropdowns (650s, 2005), I can't find my bike!

I can second MDS think it was 10% off if you mention the forum. Order during the week and it comes the next day, amazing service.
