Can I ask where you got the raised clip ons from please?

I got them here in 2012:

But they are showing as unnavailable on website. You may find them elsewhere. Fit fine and no need to alter cables but, IIRC, did get slightly longer brake hoses when I came to replace them

Did have to 'dremel' the screen slightly at either side for master cylinder and LHS switchgear
