Hi

As some of you know I am cycling with a team of riders from Wincanton near where AR08 was held, to Landsend and back again.

The route takes us all along the North Devon & North Cornwall coast to Lands end and then back along South Coast to Weymouth and back to Wincaton.

We are cycling 500 miles in 8 days, raising money for

Macmillan Cancer Trust
Help for Hero's
Somerset Air Ambulance

Also in the team is Rick ( Viper ) that some of you will know.
