Best way is probably to take the plugs out, squirt some lube down the bores and turn it over by hand from the crank.
You'll need to take the plug off the alternator cover to get to the bolt.
Once you're happy its turning over freely, stick some fresh fuel in the tank and fire it up. I'd drain the carb float bowls to get any dirty fuel out.
Id change the oil too.
You may have some issues with the old fuel gumming up the carbs

This.
Charge the battery for 24hrs first.
Test said battery with headlight on for an hour and recharge if good, replace if any doubt.
And triple check your boots before rolling down the road (old rubber and your wellbeing are at odds).
- I might overhaul the callipers before rolling too.

Replace the battery regardless
It'll be goosed
I would drop the oil filter and do what mavicap suggested, also inspect the airbox for the wildlife
If that's all good brake rebuild Then check everything systematically

Yes, do this as well.
Check your brake line for perishing & change the fluid, just to be on the safe side.
Maybe the pads have stuck to the discs as well
