basically coming into london filtering and a guy in a landrover and trailer undertook me took me out dragged me down road, spat me out onto t he car to the right of me, bike flipped I went tother way, badly battered foot, nowt broken, but rainbow coloured bruising xxx

Wow - that sounds as if it could have been much worse. Glad you came out of it as well as you did.

If they're not indecent in any way, can we see the bruises? As we are not there to poke them and say "does that hurt?" I think it's the least you can do... :-)
