OK maybe not, but despite not yet being released by the Doctor had to get out on the bike today.
May have overdone it a wee bit (200+ miles) but had a great day!
(Truthfully it hurts less to ride the bike than it does the car)
The weather finally forecasted to be less than scorching hot and no rain so today was the day!
Was actually cool on top of the mountains.


Nice temps at 4000+ ft.

Take it easy Bill, but I know where you're coming from. I picked up one of my SV's while still on crutches after a bad crash a few years ago. My son had to help me off when I got home, but the lure of a bike is just so powerful.
You certainly live in a beautiful part of the world, we always think of America as being big cities, or vast desert flats

Much of it is, fortunately the mountains along the east coast, where I live, are beautifully green!


I hate the desert. Hot miserable dryed up ugly.
If someone gave me the Grand Canyon I wouldn't go there to look at it.
For Sale big dryed up crack in the desert.

The appalachians are on my bucket list to do at some point. I like the south and the wessex downs but lately they seem to be full of power ranger weekend warriors that just attract the police.
