Carb curvy. So my battery has been kind of poor lately, and at one point the bike stopped cranking. On jumping turns out the starter relay was clicking, so I replaced. This worked fine twice and then no turn again, this time no click but very faint tick on release of starter or clutch. Battery voltage is at 12.3V and charging voltage is 13.3V. Rectifier voltage at 13.4, all electrical systems working fine otherwise except no fuel priming hiss on ignition. Voltage across yellow wire at the relay and ground is 10V when starter button is pressed with a very slow climb to 10.3ish before I stopped counting. Just one duff starter relay or an underlying electrical fault causing two relays to break? Thought my original relay may have been bad for a while causing a slight short and draining the battery. Haven't metered battery consistently since the new relay was installed. No fuses blown. Starts fine if I jump relay battery contacts or directly to the starter motor, but this is a little inconvenient and looks dodgy as hell when you're doing it in a dark street at 1am.... Anyone had similar issues? I can't get around to taking the fairing off this week to really get to the electrics behind the dash.

The voltages are on the low side - your charging voltage with the engine running at 4,000rpm+ should be around 14V, and the battery should show 12.6 - 12.7V at rest (ignition off).

Not sure if the fault is the regulator on its way out, or the battery is dying, or maybe a dodgy earth or connection, but it sounds like it could be one or more of those.
