Is there an anti hotwire on 99 sv 650s and if there is can it be disabled.

I'm not sure what you mean, and i don't think there is anything that sophisticated on the curvy.

But there is a switch that is activated by pulling the clutch lever and there is another on the side stand, which works when you flip the stand up.

Both have similar functions, bike wont start unless you pull the clutch in, and the side stand one kills the engine if you try to ride off with it down.

both can be bypassed

I think any replies should be done via PM as you never know who's reading. Afaik there is a resistor that effectively stops hotwiring, where it is though i dont know.

You lost your keys?

Fitted an omobaliser with keyless start but bike turns over but won't fire up so any help is gratefully appreciated.

a remote start wont work as you need to engage the safety switches to be able to start the bike. disabling the safety switches leads to a whole load of trouble.

And may also invalidate the theft portion of your insurance (it's in the small print)
