Had this on my k2 sv650 s, turned it into a comfortable long distance cruiser.

All parts in great condition.

How easy is this kit to fit, and where was to top yolk originally from?

Yoke is from the unfaired Sv, or naked as we know. Apart from swapping the throttle cables and brake lines, its an easy swap

Are the offsets slightly different for the Naked SV? I remember reading about it before, but I'm not really sure if that is the case or not.

I read that too. Bibio I think it was who said the spacings are close but not the same.
