Sad day today!

Today I'm selling my bike that I've owned for 10 years from new.
It's been through a few changes over the years but has served me well.
We've road around most of the country together and had some cracking times, but the time has come to let it go.
I've not rode it much over the last year and it's a shame to let it sit there deteriorate.

It's not even gone yet and I'm missing it.

I've enjoyed my time here and from all the forums I've been a part of, this has been the most friendly, helpful and informative of them all, by far!

I may be back, but for now, Thanks & Bye :smt039:smt022
John.

Cheers Davie, don't stay away too long.

Mine's not been riden much this year, but I'm keeping it for now, until i can find something as much fun to ride.

You're not knocking the biking on the head completely are you John?

I've still got my little 40 year old Honda Monkeybike that I want to road register, but for now no biking.
I'm hoping the Sv will make enough to let me buy a 750 race car.:driving:
I hope it'll give me a bit of fun on track and the wife will be happier not worrying about me out on the bike.
But I'm fickle, so will probably be back at some point...

Yours is one of the nicest pointies :p;) around John, i can understand why you're sad to see it go.

It's a pointy, but would take a bit of TLC to bring it back to it's former glory.

NOOOOOO!!!!!

I'll never forget you checking up on that dodgy dealership, when I had to send the Raptor back on a van!
You truly set my mind at rest!

A good home???
From what both of you have told me, the pair if you crash all your bikes and can't maintain a little Honda... ;-)

(says him who just let his bike stand there rotting :$)

Hahaha!
I just hope you have as much fun with it as I did.
I've found the gixer spindle, so I'll post that down to you, in case you want to fit a wheel with bigger bearings in the future.
