Picked up the new hog today!! Feels great being back on a Twin sounds so awesome.

My primary is a Daytona 675, but I have genuinely missed these bikes since I sold the K5 I had years ago.

Grining from ear to ear :D

41 views and not one single reply.. Didn't want to believe it but this forum has truly died. Massive shame because this used to be so vibrant and a great community to be a part of.

It just needs a double bubble screen now to keep the worst of the wind off.

That's the smartest curvy I've seen (not seen many) but what's going on with the lower legs of the forks?

I believe it's of off Demon Tweeks il check fir you and get back to you, no Rev counter though.

I thought a screen of sorts but its going to be used for a 20 mile round trip so shouldn't be so bad

Salt corrosion I'm guessing, I plan on replacing them with the black fork legs if I can, they look identical to the pointy ones?

The front mudguard mount is in a different position to my SK6 pointy which has the mount much further down the leg. I'm no expert but there are lots of fork swap options (from gsxr's) so I'd head down that route rather than fix/repair/buy a fork that is not rated.

Nice minimalist look there.
Best colour too, mine was yellow and i kinda miss it. (apart from the fact it made my knee ache)

The only downside to this bike is the exhaust, I feels like it's killing the back pressure.. Plus it's straight through which makes it so loud, normally this wouldn't be a problem but I live in a decent quiet area now so starting it up at 6am for work is not an option. Need to purchase a new or (legal) one Asap

What a decent neighbour you are!

Lots of advice on here about exhausts but I can recommend the Fuel SS exhaust as having good build quality (2yrs later and 365 use incl. salt still like new) and nice noise with volume control (removable baffle, you choose). Fast delivery and easy to fit.
