Are all pointy rear shocks identical?

Hi I was wondering if all k3 onwards stock rear shocks are identical or are there differences in them?

It looks as though the K3, SK3, K4-K7 and SK4-SK7 had four different shocks. With numbers 62100-17G10-28W, 62100-17G30-28W, 62100-17G50-28W and 62100-17G70-28W for confusion
