Is there a sleeve available which will allows you to put the stock can back on. Bit worried my Blue Flame might not pass noise tests for quiet track days.

Yes. Its like a double exhaust clamp. Can find them on Fleabay.

Bought. Then realised the standard can came off a different bike. Hopefully the cut was made in around the same place!

Not got a baffle you can slip in?

Baffle in but can has been "stubbied" so still pretty loud. It's not silly loud but probably a bit much for quiet days

In the bag under the seat, there was a little aluminium plug, that was to block the bottom tail pipe. I made a fake baffle, so under Road side scrutiny, it looked like the baffle was in. If you can swap them, it should make a difference.

I also have the standard can somewhere if you want it. Much heaviness though...

Lenny, i have a Scorpion can that is a little scratched from where I came off but perfectly serviceable? No baffle, but its not really loud.
