My first bike had one (on the right side) and now I need one.
Either one. A shift on the right would work, or a heel toe shifter on the left.

I've got arthritis in my left big toe joint and it hurts to shift and aggravates the joint damage. Hey, my right toe is fine!

Has anybody turned an early SV shift lever into heel toe? I'm going to, but always like the voices of experience.

Electronic shift is a good plan.

Not seen a heel toe on a SV. However if you are having problems shifting gear have you considered a Klicktronic (http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=166973)?

Some mopeds have that sort of thing, think you'd have to make something work. Do they have them on some Harleys too?

Thanks. I'm going to try rigging up a heel toe shifter first, but if that doesn't work... this looks like a good option, and I'd have to go with the quickshifter too I think.

Wonder if you could rig up something with a earlier Honda 50/70/90 gear lever... !!
