Hey all,
My Suzi got reversed into on the weekend by a neighbor and luckily the only damage is a cracked rear fender (minus the reflector), the front right indicator casing ended up in a few pieces, and a scuffed bar end.
Crash bars saved the exhaust, fairing, pegs, mirrors - just annoyed it happened in broad day light with plenty of room and visibility even for a small car.
Anyway I digress - the changing of the fender and indicator seems a somewhat easy process as got a haynes manual and done some checking up on youtube so going to tinker around myself when the replacement parts arrive. I've read that an easy solution to the bar end will be a lick of paint after it's cleaned and smoothed down.
Thought I would ask if any members could offer first hand tips, or share any difficulties they encountered, if they've done this in the past?
Thanks in advance :)
