As title.. anyone got any info?
http://www.infiniteperformance.co.uk/
Ordered an SV650s Carbon Fender Extender off them 3 weeks ago. Website says to allow a few days for delivery as they might be made to order. So allowed a week, then emailed to check up. No reply. Another week.. emailed again.. no reply. Now their phone number says "incorrect number" and the person selling all their stuff on ebay now has loads of negative reveiws saying nothing received and no communication?

Just thought I'd check if anyone knew anything before I raise a Paypal dispute.

Don't bother waiting, just raise a dispute

Thanks. I've just started the process. Now just to wait 30 days... dammit.

You'll get the money back, that's the main thing.
Not so good if you're a seller, with people raising false disputes, as Paypal refund in almost every case.

Something weird as I think I got a fender extender at the end of last year and it came through fast.
Google has the phone for the property management company so may get some answers there https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=infinite+performance+mallory&gws_rd=cr&ei=gQXWVouvI8ef-wHwhazwBQ

Yep, definitely something recent as I checked their eBay to see the feedback before I went to their website to order and all looked ok then. Since I ordered though they've racked up an impressive amount of bad feedback of people not receiving anything and getting no communication. The phone number no longer working isn't a good sign. Annoying that they're still accepting Paypal payments though.

Looks like they did a similar thing back in 2012 ? ..

I'd report them to Paypal or Trading Standards, as accepting payments but not furfilling orders, and knowing you aren't going to furfil those orders is either fraudulent or theft.

I ordered the carbon fender extender in Jan. its was all spot on and took just over a week. Although they were on away to begin with so I waited an extra week or so before ordering.
Hope it turns up mate as i am really impressed with it now I have fitted it.

Not any more they don't. If the delivery people fake a signature, you're stuffed.

Yeah. I do too. Apart from the inconvenience I was actually quite dissapointed as they look good and I chose that over others which seemed of lesser quality. All I actually really want is to get a decent fender extender. I'd still rather that than getting money back.

Yeah I did the same. I waited the extra bit because I wanted that one. To be honest the quality is really good but obviously the service has changed over the last month or 2.
I didn't want plain black one and there were few carbon choices around.

Good news.. Paypal seem to have sorted it much quicker than I expected. Got an email today saying the case was resolved in my favour and I had a refund waiting for me in my account. I'm guessing whoever looked at it also saw a few other similar cases already going through from other buyers via ebay etc and didn't have to do investigations again each time.
Now to try and find another fender extender that looks decent..

There was another company on eBay when I was looking in January that were doing a Carbon one for around the same price. They weren't UK based tho.
