There is a whole group available to book on SATURDAY 21ST MAY at Cadwell Park with MSV

They will open for camping on Friday, if we request it.

There is camping overnight on the Saturday. I believe the chap said there is a TD on the Sunday as well.

The cost would be £100 with a group booking of 39.

We shant restrict it to SV's only, its open to SV650 orgers, and friends of orgers.

Hmm I may have only been riding for 1 month by this date IF I pass my Mod1 and Mod2 first time... probably not the best idea is it...aha

Unfortunately I'm booked on a Monday morning ferry for an event in Belgium.... it might just be tempting fate to do a trackday on the Saturday! Sorry.

Will it be open pit or split into groups and normal helmet riding gear?

21st May is an MSV (they own Cadwell) event. Their rules require you to be over 18 and hold a full licence NOT restricted to 33bhp. You also need a helmet with an ACU sticker or equivalent on it and full or two pice leathers that zip together all the way around. Textiles are not allowed. These rules apply to all MSV circuits, regardless of who is running the trackday.

Ah that's a bit of a shame. Always wanted to Cadwell but I leave for 3 weeks away in Spain the next week and there's no way I could get down to this as well.

Hope there's a good turn out from the Org. and lets have plenty of photos please.

My Scott 2 piece zips via the lining not leather top to leather trousers,any good ???

I guess it would depend on how strong the lining is.... Scott is a pretty good make so I'd be surprised if they did it that way and it wasn't up to the job. The idea is that if you fall off and slide along on your back (or front for that matter) will the jacket ride up exposing your lovely pink flesh to the ravages of tarmac..... Sorry, have I just put everyone off their dinner?

Theres no way near enough interest to make me want to risk stumping up 4k to book a whole group, but I'm going to book in anyway, if anyone wants camping I'm about 5 mins from the track.

No worries - Cadwell is on my list of things to do this year, so I'll either do this date or the August one. This is a saturday though so no need to use up holiday...
