April Photo Comp - Favourite Places

This months challenge is a picture of your favourite place.

I have chosen to take one from the UK but the whole world is out there!!

This is Durness on the North Scottish coast.

Green/blue seas, golden sand normally very empty when I go there. Plus the road to get there is epic :D

So I had a good think and I'm going to put a picture in of Tayvallich as well. Taken from the top of Torr Mor, the short but steep hill that marks one end of the village.

Mine is a little different. Ever since I've been a little kid one of my favorite places has been Colchester Zoo. It's near where I live. Now I buy my nephews annual passes and we go regularly.
