I have owned and cared for this bike since new. It is an E04 (France) parallel import with UK speedo (from new), UK headlight and up-rated carburetor heaters fitted. Most insurance companies do not charge extra for parallel imports (unlike grey imports). The bike is in excellent condition for year and mileage as it has been well cared for and rarely used for commuting - I have a separate bike for commuting. Aesthetically there is the usual loss of paint around the water pump area of the engine cases, a little paint rubbed from the front mudguard (by brake line - now resolved) and a some bodywork stone chips - as you would expect for this year and mileage.
The Maxton suspension is set up for my 83kg (13st) without riding gear.
The Marvic wheels were crack tested, chromated and powder coated by wheel specialists TPCS in June 2011 and are still in excellent condition.
It has Dunlop Sportsmart tyres fitted - the rear has only done just over 500 miles and the front not a lot more. The last oil and filter change was done at the same time as the new rear tyre was fitted.
You can pretty much follow the history of this bike by doing a SV650.org forum search for all posts started by NedSVS in SV talk, tuning and tweaking - just leave the keyword field blank.
The bike will be supplied with most of the standard parts that have been removed, which include:
Wheels and discs
Shock absorber
Front brake calipers
Pillion footrests
Pillion seat pad
Chain guard
£2500 ONO
Location - Southwest Manchester
Serious prospective buyers can contact me via the org's PM system and I will be happy to answer any questions and email photos.

Failed to sell on eBay at my minimum acceptable price so I will start breaking it soon to sell the parts - starting with the bling stuff like the Marvic Wheels, Maxton suspension etc. Some parts will go straight to ebay, other parts like GSXR600 front calipers with adapter plates for SV650 I may offer to the forum first.

stator

please

If Juju doesn't buy the cowl I'll let you know. The hugger has been modified to suit my bike, and won't suit a standard curvy. The stator (I assume you mean the charging stator) wont be split from the motor.

Bunkle has already asked me about the shock so I'll wait until he gets back to me - If he doesn't I'll let you know.

How much for the tank raisers? And have you got a picture of them with the steering damper fitted (I presume its the 916 style top mount, did you need to do anything special to them or the damper mount?)?

The tank raisers are part of the Factory Pro intake kit which includes the BMC 205/10 RS open top air filter, needles & a selection of main jets, as well as the tank raisers. All that stuff needs to be kept together, so the plan is to turn a new pair of raisers to go with the damper kit - the fitting kit for this is a one off special to work with tank raisers and clear the Maxton fork pre-load adjusters - so should suit 2002 model and other curvys fitted with pre-load adjuster still using standard top yolk (no idea if it would fit upside down fork conversions, as I have never seen a top yolk off one). It would of course fit all curvys with the tank raisers but stand a little higher than necessary. PM me your email and I will send you some photos of the damper kit fitted.

Are you breaking parts down off this bike?

If so, are you looking to sell the tail tidy?

Sorry Russell but at the moment it's not for sale.

I'm currently removing many of the accessories to, get back as close as possible to standard, but as the original mudguard has been cut off I can't remove the tail tidy. If I end up breaking the whole bike for parts, because I can't get a fair price for it, I'll let you know.

No worries, I had a feeling that would be the case as I was reading around the installation of it!

By any chance are you removing the r6 throttle mod as well?
