Hi all, Yes I've been in hiding, but picked up myself a little (monster) project to keep me out of trouble...

Anyway, on it's safety check (thanks Saltire ;) ) it came up with a buckled front wheel on the 2 page list of essential repairs.. it's the only thing on the list I can't do myself.

I haven't got it up on the paddock stands to see just how buckled it is yet as it's in storage until I get off work, but I can't see anything just looking at it, so could just be minor.

I have phoned five places in the central belt, with all of them saying that they won't touch motorcycle wheels.

Have people got any suggestions before I splash out on a new wheel...

"Why not take advantage of our ride in service...?"

Um, because my wheel is buckled?

Repaired my BMW K1200 dinged from wheel no bother you cannot tell to look at or ride. They posted it back to my local tyre fitters within only a couple of days. Well happy.

Um, because my wheel is buckled?

That was my thoughts exactly..

Cheers everyone, I'll take a look next weekend and see if there is anything else that needs done with the wheels.
