Air cut off valves?

Hi All, #been having popping issues when coming off the throttle more than the usual. was thinking this may be the air cut off valves on the carbs? andy advice or input would be appreciated plus if anyone knows of a good supplier of replacement parts?

What condition is the exhaust pipework in? an air leak will cause a lot of popping and banging on overrun.
