This is my first ride back after breaking my hand on 30/6, as per Smile of the day thread, my cast came off on monday so it's been a long week working to build up mobility again.

Run out with my uncle today. A2 Coast Rd to Ballycastle for lunch, onto Armoy(home of the road race) then Broughshane onto A36 Shanes Hill Rd home.

*Left hand quite sore now, this is the biggest ride I've done since the break

Funnily enough, the auld lammas fair is on this weekend in Ballycastle(lunch stop) but the traffic wasn't mega. I'd highly recommend a trip over
