Radiator fan wiring

Hi
I have bought an exrace sv650,and am trying to get it back on the road,the main loom has been mucked about with,hence my wiring questions!...it has not got a fan...and I cant find a connection for the fan to plug into....could I just wire it to a power source,..and operate it on and off via an in line switch?

Ive got a pointy loom that is complete apart from it has been cut just below the speedo connection, you can have it cheap if it helps

Thank you....no problem re speedo connection.......I just need connections for the lights..and brake light switch gear..and fan....mines a 2001 K1....would it fit?.....how much are you looking for it?

Yours must be a Curvy, I would think that the looms are different but I dont have enough knowledge to know if there are any common components. Perhaps somebody else could answer that?
You can have the loom for £15 inc P & P send me a PM if you are interested.

+ Ive got a fan off of a Pointy I dont know if that would fit?

Thank you.....I might of sussed the connection....but havnt tested the fan etc yet....if I don't have any luck I will message you....thanks again for your help
