Hi all. Rod Gripping bracket. This is from a Givi Wingrack Universal fitting kit. I'd like to use something similar for a different application, but when I search on fleabay / amazon ect I get billions of stuff I don't want so what is it. Many thanks in advance.

First the bit I'm looking for.
