Cut down SV1000 Air Box Snorkel

This SV1000 air box snorkel was cut down to increase the fresh air intake from under the tank.


When fitted the outer part of the snorkel is cut down to be inline with the gap between the tank and frame.


This can be used for all the SV650 2nd gen (pointy) as well as all the SV1000.

I didn't know what the snorkel was until I looked and realised there's a big gap where mine should be. I assume the prevous owner removed it.
What problems could that cause? I'm guessing riding in heavy rain could be an issue?

it wont cause any issues apart from induction noise and maybe the odd leave getting in.
