Very nice shock. Cheap and easy huge improvement to the stock SV shock. I've got it on eBay...

Just trying to recoup what I spent on it as I bought another at the same time. I have used it shortly on my SV to test it and it worked well and I loved it. Separate compression and rebound worked really well and plenty of preload fine tuning rather than stepped increments.

Used condition cosmetically but working well.

I'd sell it a bit cheaper to someone on here just to cover my outlay on it. Can do it for £98 posted to UK.

is there any mods required to fit, or is it a straight replacement mate ?

Very easy fitting with no cutting, but.... it's just sold.

Ah Good! It's a very easy fit. A small bit of redundant plastic to unscrew from the undertray / toolkit box and it fits right in. Fowlers will get you the Kawasaki lower bolt and nut easily if you need it. I'll leave compression, rebound and preload set how I had it for my SV so you've got a starting point. It raises the back very slightly and makes it tip in really well. I've adjusted the other shock I've got to be exactly the same.

There's a really good thread on the SV Rider forum with a guide to fitting that I linked to in the listing. It's very straight forward and a huge improvement to comfort and handling.

Perfect mate, thanks.
It's going on my K6 which is at the moment a road bike, but i'm torn between leaving it on the road or converting to track only..
I'm not in a desperate rush for it mate, so don't worry about busting a gut to get it posted, it won't be moving anywhere till the sun comes out.

Great. Have you got a nut and bolt for it?

not yet, will get that ordered this weekend, not in any real rush, it won't be going anywhere until it's warm and sunny
