Land Dispute

Long shot I know, but is anyone on here able to offer legal advice on a land dispute?


My garden has been fenced off for my house for years, we have been there 12.5. But it is actually on a block of land that is leasehold under a neighbours title (terrace with a road up each end and round the back).


I'm not after a freebie, but figured I'd rather spend money with you lovely lot than a solicitor.
