We haven't had a smile of the day in 10 days but we had a gripe of the day 2 days ago. (grumble, grumble). :)


oh, and gripes are at about 7.5k posts whilst smiles are 4k.

I think what Seeker is saying is that he's relying on us to cheer him up, but we're a bunch of miserable whinging poms who wouldn't know a happy story if it crawled inside our leathers and bit us on the ass.

Sorry mate, that's just how it is!!

Your only hope is to stuff some petrol in the bike and go for a blat in the sunshine. That should cheer you up.

The gripes tend to result in more responses than the smiles, so I'd hazard a guess that there's lots more pages on the gripes due to extra replies to each actual gripe. The smiles don't tend to start conversations as much.
