Oddball question but have Walkers cheese and onion crisp packets always been blue and the salt and vinegar green? Or were they the other way round? I have always known then to be blue but my wife thinks they were green at some point.

This article claims that the colours changed in mid-1980s although walkers denies it ever changed the colours.....

Walkers have always been the opposite of everyone else who normally put cheese and onion in green packets and salt & vinegar in blue.

They changed when I were a boy - I've been forever confused by them.

It was Golden Wonder that had the colours the other way around.
