"Boris Johnson reiterated on Tuesday that the "single most important thing" people could do was wash their hands with soap and hot water for the length of time it takes to sing Happy Birthday twice."

Why can't he say 30 seconds or however long it takes? Does he think he's leading (sic) a nation of children like himself?

Yes he does think that and he even makes his cabinet chant slogans like a kindergarden. Perhaps he is right. After all we, as a nation, voted for him.
