A lesson for people that sniff at bikes with over 15k on the clocks!

Credit to Suzuki's engineering and your maintenance. :)
I've got some catching up to do...

It's taken my 1999 SV 22 years to do 13,000 miles so ... that's roughly 591 miles per year, which would leave 87,000 to do ... and at that rate it would take me approximately 147 years to get to 100,000 miles. I'm not 100% sure I'll see that magic number click over! But .... I'll die trying lol. (Almost ironic really).

40 miles to go. I have to go to Shrewsbury and back tomorrow so the run back with see the 100,000 mile rollover.
I'll get a picture.

Don't you miss it whilst staring at the scenery.
But also don't crash watching it either.

That would be a bit tragic, piling the bike into the scenery just as it rolls over the 100k!

If you do lay it on it's side, and hopefully not in a crash.
It'd be interesting to see if it catches fire if the drive side is facing down.
Actually thinking about it, my left shoulder is the mullered one, and my Gixxer didn't spontaneously erupt when laid on the drive side. Must just be those cheeky pedal contraptions.
Seriously though, it would be a great way to go, reach 100,000 and go out in a blaze of glory! jk

I think on the whole I'll settle for a few thousand more miles, rather than a blazing roadside inferno thanks all the same Martin!
However, maybe I should invest in a fire extinguisher, just in case it does end up drive side down. :-D

Came back from Shrewsbury via a quieter route so I knew I'd be able to stop for a picture.
