Any up to date recommendations for handguards for 2020 SV650A to provide wind protection for hands in cold weather.

Check out Barkbuster products. You buy the brackets and guard separately, so you can get the right product you need.

Usually the brackets will have different bar diameters, and a different length on the handguard adapter (depending on the bike). You don't have to get one specific for your bike, so long as clearance is not an issue when on full lock.

I have these on my F800ST, and use the brackets from an R9T/S1000R. This is due to clearance i need for my screen with the hand guards. The great thing about them is the handguards are 1 bolt fit/remove. So great for the summer time as the brackets don't stand out too much.

Thanks, but I don't like the idea of muffs as I like to see the controls/switches and I feel enclosing your hands in muffs could be a hazard by interfering with your hands when taking them off the bars !
