It's a Honda according to the reddit article I took the link from. There's no explanation but if it's electrically operated what happens when the battery goes flat? I suppose it falls over. It would be fascinating to watch it on a windy day.
I wonder how that would affect cornering, too, when the bike decides it doesn't want to lean.
