It's a Honda according to the reddit article I took the link from. There's no explanation but if it's electrically operated what happens when the battery goes flat? I suppose it falls over. It would be fascinating to watch it on a windy day.

I wonder how that would affect cornering, too, when the bike decides it doesn't want to lean.

all very well at slow manoeuvring.. whats it like out on the open road when you have to counter steer.
