This is a 40 minute video explaining what happened to British Airways flight #9 flying near Jakarta in 1982. It was a Boeing 747-200.

The captain became famous for his message to the passengers:

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is Captain Moody again, we have a small problem, we have lost all 4 engines..."
