A day or two on the bike

Hoping for some decent weather for the next couple of days, as a mate is riding down from Yorkshire with the intention of us getting in a few miles in the hills around Wales. I'm so looking forward to some time on the bike.

It has been horrible these past days, I thought I'd get an hour's ride today but had to abort 15 minutes in and run for home.
