Tapatalk says to installed app. My browser lets me click the link and that plays.

OK - not an elegant solution, but what I did was copy the last part of the URL in the browser into the 'Youtube' tags in the forum. EG URL is //www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5xNOpfeGGQ, paste F5xNOpfeGGQ in the youtube tags. Pasting the URL / ID from the link provided by the SHARE button in Youtube gives an error.

For the example video above, the SHARE link is quite different...

Nice one Mike, it works. The question arose because I was trying to post this (http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?p=3143660#post3143660). Edited it as per your advice and it works.

That's the only option I've ever been aware of on this forum.

Should do away with tapatalk on the forum altogether, it's a total scam. Paying for features that any up-to-date forum software does natively anyway.

I'm pretty sure I've not seen that video before and I'm gutted to have missed that ride out. I lived not far from Paul the 6th in Acomb back in the days before 2001 so recognised all the roads. I bought my SV from York Suzuki. Unfortunately I didn't know Paul until he joined the forum, so long after I left the area.
