There's a few ,"Monkey Bike" clubs around your and my area or at least in East Yorkshire where I am e.g. HU4 :)
I quite often see a gang of them out and about. Quite a few go to ,"Trackers" bike friendly café for a brekky especially on a Sunday morning open until 12-ish.

Me neither :)
Have you changed your fork oil ? I changed mine for some proper 15W fork oil and it's like a whole new front end for handling compared with whatever the Pi** thin stuff they factory fit or was in. I use Smith&Allen oils. Great price and quality delivered to the door.

Proper Gallon does two oil changes!

On occasion replenishing the Fork oil can cause fork seals to go if they have been in the bike since new. Be prepared and if you are going to change the fork oil then best put new fork seals in as well just in case.
I only use ,"All Balls " seals on older bikes as they have an extra skirt that helps prevent them leaking if there are any small scores on the forks. They are the only ones that cured fork seal leaks on my old CX500s I used to run.
