This thread is so we can all find the common meeting places. If you know of a good meeting place, then make a post. When you post, please include:

1) directions for the easiest way to get there.

Rivington Barn - Rivvy Barn - The Barn; This is a popular spot with brews, food and loo's and there's somewhere dry if it rains. :)

Directions:
- M61 J6
- Follow A6 towards Chorley
- Turn Right at the first set of lights into Crown Lane.
- At the end turn left, across the roundabout and immediately right into Lever Park Ave.
- Turn right after the information centre, watch out for the speed bumps.
- follow the road round to the left and into car parks

The venue is 1 mile from the A1 on the B1222, 6 miles north of the M62 Junction and 6 miles south of the Leeds / York A64 Junction.

Many of you will probably know this but there is a good little caff in the Market Square in Masham. Loads of parking space, good brekkers, amiable people, outside tables, bogs nearby - quite popular with the slightly older biker, particularly those on Velocettes and BSAs - but not excessively (ie boringly) so.

It's a nice ride in from any direction and might make a easy central meet up point.

11 miles South of Wetherby down the A1 and turn off to Sherburn in Elmett. BEFORE the M62(B1222) west of the railway bridge.

In sheffield I am looking for good meeting places to suggest. But one good one is CMC motorcycles on saville street. they have a large bike/car park in front, there is a snack van most days, and in the shop there is excellent toilets which are spotless, designed for bikers and great if you want to freshen up a bit. The shop is good too..
There is often a long line of visiting bikes, and I would suggest it was a good stop off for anyone looking to visit or go past sheffield.

From sheffield parkway near the town end, turn right after the gatso camera on the left in the final section which is slow. And follow the new link road over the canal to the wicker. at the end turn right and go under the wicker arches [Huge stone bridge with lots of arches] You are now on saville street and CMC is about 2-300 yards on the left before the filling station. If you miss the turn go into the filling station and you will see it next door.[/url]

Whitby station car park most weekends and Thursday evenings after 6 loads of bikes place for a cuppa (Biker Friendly) and the Yorkshire moors to ride on.
A174-Bagdale road keep going to roundabout then turn right into station car park.

great place to meet is big D's just outside Todmorden on the A646 Halifax to Burnley road its not been there that long http://yorkshirebikers.co.uk/Big%20Ds.htm or the sports mans arms on kebs road above Todmorden on a tues night were the bridge rats meet.
