These reviews are in german, but should be easy to translate using Babelfish (http://babelfish.altavista.com)

The babelfish translation was hard to read and compare. Maybe I just dont know how to use it

I found that clicking the right mouse button gives a translation option in the menu. However, also discovered that ONLY my Windows XP computer has this option at work :-s Maybe it was one of the windows updates I downloaded :-k

Kurvenverhalten means 'curve hold' or 'circle-hold' ... I think :-s

As far as I can tell - the sections are DRY, WET and WEAR (for the touring tyres).

Going by the figures; Metezler Roadtec Z6 looks like a good option for dry and wet performance. Their wet track time wasn't bad either

The Brigestones look to wear better if that's what you want.

Just noticed something - on the wet test the Dunlop 220 final figures are not correct.

Though having binned my bike in the wet on these standard K3/K4 tyres, a score of 41 feels about right to me
As someone else said, they just slide...

Ok, I've worked this out:-

Click on www.google.co.uk

Then click on Language Tools

For touring tyres copy -
www.motorradonline.de/static/specials/ReifenSpezial/Reifentest2004/tourensport/Gesamtwertung.html
into the Translate web page: after http:// then click on Translate

For Sport Tyres copy -
www.motorradonline.de/static/specials/ReifenSpezial/Reifentest2004/sport/Gesamtwertung.html

Perhaps someone who speaks German may be able to help. I'd like to know what bike, these tyres were tested on? I wonder if the SV - being light with loads of torque - would get similar results!

Well that was an excellent article. I don't read German but using the google translator I sort of got what I was reading.

If you looked at the comparisons on the side bars they rated them in three categories overall: Dry weather performance, Wet weather performance and Wear characteristics. They gave each of these a number rating 1-7th place. Well the over all test would have you believing that the Z6 was the clear winner, I however think the Road Pilots are the clear winner in this test with a lower overall rating. 6 to 8 RP to Z6.

Anyone tired them?
