Just done an oil change on by bike and noticed whilst draining my old oil a couple if tiny metalic flakes. Should I worry about this?

No - definitely not if the bike's still fairly new or getting on a bit!

It's still fairly normal to get some metal bits in the oil as it has the gearbox & the engine sharing the same oil unlike in a car!
One false gearchange & you most likely have a shaving of gear tooth there!
If there's significnt amounts of metal then there may be more of an issue!
But that's why you change the oil any way!!!

Open up the oil filter and see what it's like inside, if one flake bothers you the contents of the filter will horrify you :) That's where most of the flakes end up.

Take it off the bike first though. :P
