Just taken delivery of my Alex Barros Rep RSR, but to be honest, not overly impressed with the visor fit as i'm getting quite a lot of air coming past the seals - especially at the sides.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do I just need to make some small adjustments?

Would be good to have a 2nd opinion.

I've got an RSR and not had any probs so far, also got a second visor and no problems with that either.
