I've been looking for a 2nd bike for a while, specifically to do the commuting and some 2 up work, but still keeping it all in a fun ride.

I'd take the VFR... However, I'd then chop it in for something less practical :)

Friend of mine traded a 916 in for the 1200GS, and now wished he'd done it earlier.
He really rates the handling of the beemer, and his wife finds it a far comfy pillion
